INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF SOCIAL AND EDUCATION https://btqur.or.id/index.php/injosedu <p>International Journal of Social and Education (INJOSEDU) Published once a month every year and serves as a peer-reviewed journal specializing in field research and literary reviews related to social, cultural, economic, political and educational issues. The aim is to offer the reader a better understanding of Humanities and Social Sciences and to present progress through the publication of articles and research reports, which include field studies and literature reviews. This journal invites scholars and experts working in all disciplines. The article must be original, based on field research and literature, never previously published, and not being considered to be published in other journals. All papers submitted will be reviewed by the Editor, the editorial board, and the blind reviewer. Risk management in education involves systematically identifying, assessing, and addressing potential threats that could disrupt institutional operations. Through an extensive literature review, this research highlights key strategies, such as regular risk assessments, staff training, technological integration, stakeholder involvement, and comprehensive policy development. These approaches have proven effective in strengthening institutional resilience, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing disaster preparedness. The findings indicate that adopting robust risk management frameworks significantly enhances safety, operational continuity, and disaster readiness in educational institutions. Additionally, the study underscores the importance of stakeholder participation and the development of clear, comprehensive policies. The practical implications include improving safety and operational performance, while the theoretical contributions advance cohesive and adaptive risk management frameworks.
